Your privacy is of major concern to us. Miss 'N Nick Designs collects information for internal purposes only. All of the information that you provide will be kept confidential and used to only to process your order. We ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and customer preferences, as well as other similar personal information that is needed to place an order with us. E-mail addresses are used only to deliver requested information. You may request to receive information about various products or promotions. The information we collect on this site will not be shared or sold to any other outside party.
Security
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. When you purchase products through our web site, all of your contact and credit card information is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and the secure protocol HTTPs.
Order Processing
Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.*
Shipping
All orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail which generally takes 3-5 days after leaving our studio depending on your location. Standard shipping rates apply to all Continental US locations. Extra shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii and other international destinations and will be handled on an individual basis.
Order Status
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships. If you require additional information about your order, please contact us at info@missNnick.com.
Payment Method
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard only.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge sales tax for all California residents as we are operating out of California. California sales tax is currently 7.75% but subject to change. We do not charge sales tax for customers living outside of California.
Return Policy
We hope you will love all of our designs. If you are note happy with your order we will be glad to make an exchange or accept returns. The items MUST be returned to Miss 'N Nick Designs within 28 days of the shipping date and be in perfect condition. Customer will pay for shipping back to Miss 'N Nick Designs. Please note that all customized items and printed cards are not accepted for return. We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of returned and undamaged items.
Wholesale
If you have a retail store or online storefront and valid resale license, we are happy to sell our designs to you at wholesale prices. Please call or email info@missNnick.com to receive a dealer application and wholesale pricing. Minimum order requirements must be met.

Colors
We have tried to reproduce all images and colors on the site as accurately as possible but due to disparities in various computer monitors, colors may vary from the images you see on-line or in a proof.. Please note that the colors of each piece is chosen by our designer to be the most visually pleasing for each card.
